Have an option to replace these characters automatically with question marks, spaces, or unicode. If the error is from unsupported characters, strange characters, or undeletable blank characters in the filename or directory name, ask the user to rename the files or folders. Have an option to automatically rename any same directories by adding a number at the end. If the error is from saving two jobs in the same directory, tell the user to rename the directory. Place jobs in a paused "attention" state if the job keeps having the same error, to prevent the job from going in a loop. Instead of letting the job keep running, have the job paused in an "Attention" state for the user to address the error, by opening "edit job", to see a message saying what kind of error happened, and what recommended actions the user can take. There are at least three different errors that show up as "Unknown error"Ģ. When the error happens, in the error message bubble, mention which torrent job is causing the error, and what kind of error it is.
